This notice explains how personal data of visitors to biteradio.app is processed, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
biteradio.app is a read-only institutional website. It has no sign-up, no members' area, no contact forms and no audio playback service. We do not collect names, phone numbers or payment details.
2.1 Browsing data
In normal operation the site's systems record data whose transmission is inherent to internet protocols: IP address, browser and operating system, date and time of the request, and the page requested. This data sits in server logs and serves to keep the service running and secure.
2.2 Nothing stored on your device
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's local storage. Once you close the page, no trace remains on your device. Web fonts are served from our own servers: no request is made to Google Fonts or any external content delivery network.
2.3 Email contact
If you write to the address above, we process the data in your message solely to answer your request.

4. Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies at all, whether technical, analytics or profiling, and therefore shows no consent banner. See the cookie policy for the full detail.
5. Who receives the data
Data may be processed by suppliers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR:
- Hostinger International Ltd., website hosting, servers in the European Union;
- Email provider, handling email correspondence.
Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
The site is built to avoid transfers outside the EU. Should a supplier operate outside the European Economic Area, any transfer will rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Retention
- Server logs: up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised;
- Emails received: as long as needed to handle the request and, where contractually relevant, for the statutory period.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights in Articles 15 and following of the GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send requests to radio@investfood.it; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy.
9. Minors
The site is openly accessible and is not specifically directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect identifying data from minors.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision; material changes will be flagged on the home page.
